From Thomas' Golden Series, a stunningly beautiful edition of an older Boettcher item that was long unavailable. The ornate stand is app. 7" tall. In the center are two doors/flaps which drop open and two drawers mounted to the base of the stand. Also included are four wooden Chinese coins which can appear or vanish. A suggested routine involves showing the drawers empty and placing the coins one at a time into the center of the stand. The coins vanish completely and one is found in each of the previously empty drawers. Cleverly designed (the vanish of the coins at the center of the stand is very deceptive) and beautifully crafted. Looks fantastic on display.
