One of my favorite Boettcher/Pohle effects, this is a fooler using beautiful props that are very cleverly designed. A baffling routine where the spectator places a large block with different colored sides into a decorative wooden container with lid. Amazingly, you first reveal the color on top and then make the cube magically turn over inside the wooden box! For a killer ending, the block is placed back inside the case which is again closed. When the lid is removed this time, the block is gone ... having penetrated through the table top! This phase would fool many magicians as it uses a unique method that is very convincing.
